Program Overview |
The aim of the program is to equip students with clear
knowledge, skills, attitudes and awareness which are
necessary in the area of front office operations
management, culinary arts management,
accommodation operations management, food and
beverage management, tour guide operations
management, and travel and tourism management.

The following are the objective of the individual courses: |
Certificate in Front Office Operations Management |
This qualification is intended to equip students with a
requisite knowledge, skills and attitude in provision of
front office services in customer oriented establishments.

Certificate in Culinary Art Management |
This qualification is intended to equip students with a
basic knowledge of kitchen operations, pastry and
bakery.

Certificate in Accommodation Operations Management |
This qualification is intended to equip students with a
requisite knowledge, skills and attitude in keeping and
maintaining a set accommodation establishment
cleanliness and arrangement standards. |
Certificate in Food and Beverage Management |
This qualification is intended to equip students with a
basic knowledge in food Production operations and
food & beverage services.

This qualification is intended to equip students with a
basic knowledge in food Production operations and
food & beverage services. |
| Certificate in Travel and Tourism Management |
| This qualification is intended to equip students with
clear knowledge, skills altitudes and awareness
necessary for travel and tourism operations. The course
prepares students for employments in airlines, travel
agencies and tour operating companies. |
| Course Duration and Credit Requirements |
| The duration of the certificate programs will be of One
Year Full Time. The Programs require the students to
cover 40 Credit Hours (60 ECTS Credits) including
On the Job Training or Internship. |
| Entry Requirements |
| Students who successfully complete a School Leaving
Certificate, ‘O’ Level or equivalent are eligible to enroll
into this program. |
